Responsibilities:  To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.  Resolve the customer issue for international customers.  To provide the best resolution to the customers.  Maintain the better relationship with the customers.  Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the bestresolution of their queries.
